Private Benjamin Tibbits, a Private First Class in the United States Army. He, along with a platoon of soldiers, were exposed to a gamma bomb by General Ryker, who told the soldier Banner was responsible for the gamma mutation that made Tibbets into a freak. Convinced By General Ryker that Bruce Banner was also a traitor to the United States and allied with a terrorist organization, he adopted the code name Flux in order to destroy Banner.
